TELEMOW & LAWNFUN INC. 为 LOPKIN 品牌及官方网站 https://lopkin.com 的运营主体，与深圳园睛智能科技有限公司系关联公司。经双方确认，TELEMOW & LAWNFUN INC. 正式授权深圳园睛智能科技有限公司以“LOPKINRobotics”为账号名称，申请、认证并运营 LOPKIN 品牌微信视频号，并在账号运营过程中使用 LOPKIN 品牌名称、品牌标识、产品资料及官方宣传内容。双方共同确认，“LOPKINRobotics”为经 LOPKIN 品牌正式认可并授权运营的官方视频号。特此说明。

TELEMOW & LAWNFUN INC., the operator of the LOPKIN brand and its official website at https://lopkin.com, is an affiliated company of 深圳园睛智能科技有限公司. TELEMOW & LAWNFUN INC. hereby authorizes 深圳园睛智能科技有限公司 to apply for, verify, and operate the official LOPKIN WeChat Channels account under the name “LOPKINRobotics,” and to use the LOPKIN brand name, brand assets, product materials, and official promotional content in connection with the account. Both companies confirm that “LOPKINRobotics” is an officially recognized and authorized WeChat Channels account of the LOPKIN brand. This statement is issued for verification purposes.
