Warranty Policy

LOPKIN stands behind the quality of its products. This Limited Warranty Policy applies to eligible products purchased directly from lopkin.com and sets out the warranty coverage, available remedies, exclusions, and claim process.

1. Warranty Summary

This policy applies in countries and regions where LOPKIN officially sells and delivers products through lopkin.com. Warranty service and logistics are provided according to availability in the original delivery region and applicable local law.

2. Warranty Start Date

The warranty period begins on the date the product is delivered to the address shown on the original lopkin.com order, as recorded by the applicable carrier. A replacement product or component does not restart or extend the original warranty period.

3. What This Warranty Covers

This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship that arise during normal use of the product in accordance with LOPKIN's published instructions, safety guidance, and maintenance requirements.

  • 3-Year Mower Warranty: Covers the main mower unit, including its motors, main control board, cameras, sensors, wheel assemblies, and enclosure, when a failure is caused by a covered defect.
  • 2-Year Battery Warranty: Covers the original battery supplied with the mower when it develops a covered defect during the first two years.

Coverage is subject to inspection, remote diagnosis, and confirmation by LOPKIN that the reported issue is eligible under this policy.

4. First-Year Replacement Promise

If the main mower develops a covered defect during the first 12 months after delivery, and LOPKIN confirms that the issue was not caused by misuse, accident, unauthorized modification, improper maintenance, or another excluded condition, LOPKIN will replace the mower with a new unit instead of repairing it.

  • The First-Year Replacement Promise may be used only once for each eligible mower.
  • LOPKIN may require remote troubleshooting, diagnostic information, photographs, videos, product logs, and return of the affected mower before approving a replacement.
  • The replacement mower remains covered only for the unused portion of the original warranty period.
  • Receiving a replacement does not restart or extend the original 3-year mower warranty or 2-year battery warranty.
  • After the one-time replacement has been used, any later eligible claim will be handled under the standard warranty remedies described below.

5. Standard Warranty Remedies

For an approved mower claim made after the first 12 months but within the 3-year mower warranty period, LOPKIN may, at its discretion, repair the affected covered component, replace the component, or replace the mower with a new or functionally equivalent unit.

For an approved battery claim made within the 2-year battery warranty period, LOPKIN may repair or replace the affected battery with a new or functionally equivalent battery.

Any repaired or replaced product, battery, or component remains covered for the unused portion of the original applicable warranty period.

6. What This Warranty Does Not Cover

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear, gradual deterioration, or reduced performance caused by ordinary use.
  • Consumable or wear parts, including blades, cutting discs, and other parts identified as consumables in LOPKIN product documentation.
  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, collision, accident, improper operation, improper installation, improper storage, or failure to perform required maintenance.
  • Damage caused by operating the product outside its published specifications or safety instructions.
  • Damage caused by environmental exposure beyond the product's published ratings, including flooding, submersion, extreme temperatures, fire, corrosion, lightning, or natural disasters.
  • Damage or malfunction caused by unauthorized disassembly, repair, modification, or alteration of the product, hardware, software, or firmware.
  • Damage caused by third-party parts, accessories, batteries, software, or services not approved by LOPKIN.
  • Cosmetic damage, including scratches, dents, discoloration, or surface wear, that does not affect product functionality.
  • Loss, theft, intentional damage, or damage occurring while the product is transported without LOPKIN's authorization.
  • A product with a removed, altered, damaged, or unreadable serial number, or a claim without valid proof of purchase from lopkin.com.

7. How to Request Warranty Service

  1. Contact LOPKIN Support: Email support@lopkin.com.
  2. Provide Claim Information: Include the purchaser's name, lopkin.com order number, product serial number, delivery information, a clear description of the issue, and any requested photographs or videos.
  3. Complete Remote Troubleshooting: LOPKIN may ask you to perform reasonable diagnostic steps or provide product logs before determining eligibility.
  4. Receive Authorization: If the claim is approved, LOPKIN will provide repair, return, or replacement instructions. Do not ship a product to LOPKIN before receiving written authorization.
  5. Repair or Replacement: LOPKIN will provide the remedy applicable to the approved claim under this policy.

8. Shipping for Approved Claims

LOPKIN will cover reasonable shipping costs for approved warranty claims using the carrier, shipping method, packaging instructions, and return procedure designated by LOPKIN. LOPKIN is not responsible for unauthorized shipping charges, expedited shipping selected by the customer, inadequate packaging, or damage caused by failing to follow the provided return instructions.

9. Additional Terms

  • Warranty eligibility requires valid proof of purchase from lopkin.com and an intact, readable product serial number.
  • If the original product or component is unavailable, LOPKIN may provide a functionally equivalent product or component. The guaranteed first-year mower replacement will be a new unit.
  • Products or components returned to LOPKIN and replaced under warranty become the property of LOPKIN, where permitted by applicable law.
  • This warranty is in addition to rights that may be provided by applicable consumer protection laws. Nothing in this policy limits any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
  • The version of this policy in effect on the original purchase date applies to the product. LOPKIN may update this policy for future purchases.
