Shipping Policy
LOPKIN currently offers standard shipping within the contiguous 48 United States.
Shipping Area
We currently ship to the contiguous 48 United States.
We do not currently ship to the following addresses or regions by default:

APO / FPO military addresses

Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and other non-contiguous U.S. regions
If you are located in one of these areas, please contact us for a custom shipping quote. Shipping may not be available in certain locations.
Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation. Processing times may be extended during holidays, promotional periods, or due to circumstances beyond our control.
Delivery Time
Standard delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on the delivery address, carrier service, and local delivery conditions.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information so you can monitor the delivery status.
Shipping Fees
Robotic mower orders generally qualify for standard shipping within the contiguous 48 United States. Accessories, special orders, or remote-area shipments may require additional shipping fees. Final shipping costs will be shown at checkout or confirmed by our support team.
Shipping Address Responsibility
Please make sure your shipping address is accurate and complete. If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, missing information, or inability to contact the recipient, any return shipping or re-delivery costs may be the customer’s responsibility.
Shipping Damage or Delivery Issues
If your order arrives with visible shipping damage, damaged packaging, or any delivery issue, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number, photos of the packaging, and photos of the product.
If the issue is confirmed as shipping damage or an incorrect shipment, we will help arrange a replacement, parts shipment, return, or another reasonable solution.
